You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. We refund the test only for an unopened kit: the right of withdrawal does not apply to the test once the kit has been opened, to the personalised probiotic or to a fully performed analysis. A bundle can only be returned as a whole and only if all kits in it are unopened (section 11).
