1. Delivery of the kit
We deliver with Econt to an office, an Econtomat locker or an address, within 2 working days of confirmation of the order — usually on the next working day. Delivery is free, and so is cash on delivery — we pay the fee for it.
2. Returning the sample
The instructions are in the kit and in your account. You take the sample at home and return it to us in Bulgaria with Econt, free of charge: the courier collects it from you or you drop it at an Econt office. From there we send it to the laboratory in India with the test code (BS code) only.
3. Time to results
The report will be in your account no later than 16 working days after we receive your sample. It appears in your account, and you receive an email notification that it is ready.
